Instead of going through the million things going through my mind at any given moment, I thought I would focus on one topic this month.
My least favorite thing ever.
Once I get into the workout, I’m good and happy.
I just can’t get myself from here to there.
I’ve done the 21 Day Fix a few times. It worked but I got lazy and stopped doing it. Instead I preferred to hang out on the couch.
The best results I got were when I had to be held accountable and joined with a friend.
We both totally fell off the wagon.
I did the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.
I liked it. My DVD broke and I never went back to it.
I’ve done yoga glasses. But I think they were more meant for stretching.
I loved spin class and got into fantastic shape spinning 2-4 times per week. I was getting good and my legs never looked better.
My new gym has the lamest class and I can’t bring myself to go back there.
So I just need something. I’ll take your advice because I totally need it.
Or if you want to be a virtual workout buddy, I’m totally in too!
