I went on a little shopping spree when I was on vacation.
Wanna see what I found?
So my Holiday weekend started off with The Hubster forgetting his regular glasses at home. Thank goodness he has prescription sunglasses because he wore them in the dark!

The rest of the weekend went far better! 🙂

Grab a warm drink and get cozy if you want to hear about the rest of our vacation! 🙂

I just opened another Stitch Fix box and it did not disappoint!

In this box was a cute floral scarf, 2 sweaters, a pair of jeans, and a cool new dress!

Wishing all of you a very Happy Thanksgiving!!
The Hubster and I are spending the weekend with our families.
I’m thankful to have met all of you and hope your holiday weekend is full of love, laughter, and some yummy food!

Um…yikes! It’s the end of November already?!?! How is it that time is flying by so quickly?
I’m linking up with Mix & Match Mama, Sheaffer Told Me To, and The Larson Lingo to talk about What’s Up Wednesday.

We just got back from a week-long adventure. It was seriously the best.
I took a ton of pictures (many times to The Hubster’s dismay) just so you could see how much fun we had! 🙂

(The Hubster and I returned from vacation yesterday. I am spending today back at work and getting back into my regular routine. So this post is not of the usual flavor and variety.)
Friends, I am asking for your prayers.
A guy I grew up with and his wife just welcomed their second son about 10 weeks ago. Two weeks ago, their baby, G, was diagnosed with cancer. He is 70 days old.
G is starting on a cancer treatment regimen but much of the treatment is a balance because he is so young. He also has a very rare kind of cancer. His doctors (and a friend I talked to who is a pediatric oncologist) have never seen this kind of cancer in a baby this young. It’s a rare cancer to begin with but basically unheard of in kids this young.
Please say an extra prayer for G today.
Thank you.

November is National Adoption month.
As an adoptee, this is a cause that’s very near and dear to my heart.
