I’m so so so glad that my parents came to visit.

They haven’t left their house really since mid-March when everything started to get shut down.

We were starting to worry about them but they asked if we would be okay if they visited outside for an afternoon.

It was awesome to see them and I’m thankful they stepped outside of their comfort zone and visited!

While it wasn’t the beach like we imagined, I’m so thankful we got to a beach this year!

Something about hearing the waves hit the shore is so comforting.

It’s one of my favorite things.
