Let’s Look Wednesday

Let's Look!

It’s Let’s Look Wednesday and I’m linking up with Mix and Match Mama and A Little Bit of Everything to peek at some of the stuff in our lives!

Today we’re talking about our calendars.

I use a multitude of calendars. I’m really hoping that I’m not in the minority. haha

I use a big desk calendar at work.

It’s a mix of work appointments and personal items.

One important thing on this work calendar are important birthdays. Because sometimes I get distracted and this reminds me of who has a birthday in what month, so I can birthday shop online at lunch from my desk.

#multi-task

This calendar also gets buried under piles of work, so there are many times when I don’t look at it.

Such is my desk life.

I sync my Calendar app to my Outlook calendar, so all of my work appointments are in there.

My Outlook calendar is pretty much what’s happening in my work life. Who’s out of the office, when certain things are due. Some personal stuff is on here (doctors appointments, vacation) but mundane stuff doesn’t always make it in here.

I have an old school full page planner that is my persona life scheduler.

On the month tabs, I put down all of my blog posts, so I know what I’m talking about on what day.

As you can see, I know each Friday is a Friday Favorites and I put what other monthly recurring posts I do – What’s Up Wednesday, Let’s Look, Target Tuesday, etc.

I use pencil so it doesn’t look messy if I have to reschedule or change.

I’m an accountant by trade, I don’t like cross outs. 🙂

Then in my calendar, I put all of my appointments and what’s happening for the week.

Yes.

I use pencil there too.

I hate the way it looks if I cross a million things out.

I love getting a new planner at the end of the year and all the fun possibilities that are the new year await in my planner.

And the stickers make me happy. 🙂

Can’t wait to see how you guys organize!
