Hurray! We did make it to Friday! 🙂

What are you guys doing this weekend? The Hubster is heading to a wild game dinner with his friends, so I’ll be chillin at home by myself.

I’m contemplating either (1) going shopping, (2) watching some shows that The Hubster doesn’t like, or (3) doing some online shopping while watching some shows.

Do you guys like Good & Plenty?

I had some on my desk the other day and ate them for a snack.

Woah.

They are quite controversial. Apparently you either love them or hate them.

Clearly I’m in the love category.

Where do you fall?

I took a bath the other day for the first time in years and it was so amazing and now I need to take them ALL. THE. TIME.

I was in there for like 20 minutes.

I read a book.

I turned my phone off.

It was so relaxing.

This is not my tub – mine is smaller and less fancy, but it doesn’t even matter.

How come it took me so long to get on the tub bandwagon?

I’m so super proud of The Hubster this week.

He just finished up a project at work and it basically checks off a bucket list item for his career. He’s worked so very hard on this for the last 14-15 years and I couldn’t be happier for him.

I think at some point the news will be public information, so I’ll share then, but for now, I’m just so excited and proud of him.

I stopped into Target the other night to get my stuff ready for Target Tuesday.

I walked out with only 5 things!!! (Now I went in there for 2 – the jewelry and the book were bonus items, because, Target.)

Since I had not spent an entire week’s worth of grocery money on Target stuff, I was pretty excited.

And then I forgot that I had driven The Hubster’s car and spent like 5 minutes wandering around the parking lot looking for my car.

Fail.

But now I have these adorable earrings and necklace to cheer me up!

I had a doctor’s appointment the other day and it was mostly just a consultation, get to know you appointment.

So imagine my delight when I discovered there was a mini Starbucks in the lobby.

I immediately ordered myself a vanilla latte and was super happy.

Until the doctor asked how much caffeine I drink and that I should cut back. Doh!

(Side note: I don’t really drink *that* much coffee – I try to limit myself to 1 cup a day in the morning. The Hubster, however, drinks like 4-5 cups a day. Yikes!)
