I got an instant pot for Christmas and I think it’s about time I learned how to use it and make some dinner it.

I really want another one of those tacos from Epcot.

It’s probably economically ineffective to fly there just for that, but still. That taco was so good.

I spent some time with my Grandpa last weekend and he was down for doing an Instagram filter with him.

You guys.

This man is 94. He has no idea how my cell phone takes pictures, much less has filters on it.

To him, the idea that a phone can take pictures is like saying I’m going to change the channel with my toaster.

But he let me do this with him and I love him all the more for it.

#1 – I’m a bunch of episodes behind on this season’s This is Us.

#2 – I’m sooo not ready for the episode after the Super Bowl. At least I won’t be the only one crying in the corner.

I’m trying to clear this pile of papers off my desk.

It’s a slow process.

We’re planning a fun long weekend trip with our friends to Asheville, NC this summer.

I’ve never been there but it sounds like we’re going to have a blast and tons of stuff to do. Can’t wait!

I can’t stop myself from The Bachelor. The drama and cat fights hook me every single year.

Forever My Girl is a new movie (or is it out already) and I thought it would be a good idea to read the book.

Which in my opinion is always better than the movie. hehe

[what i’m listening to]

I’m pretty much listening to Michael Buble on repeat these days.

No specific reason why, just loving his music.

I love Valentine’s Day.

And it’s not even The Hubster – I love spending the time giving hearts and candy to my friends and family.
