Here I am on the way to Indiana for a trade show.
Soaking Wet. 😛
Someone (we don’t know who so I can legit say someone) left the windows in the U-Haul down and it rained, so we drove 6.5 hours on wet seats.
I look much happier than I actually am.
Come on in and see what else we were up to!
In case you ever wondered what downtown South Bend, Indiana looks like at 7pm on a Sunday…this is it!
When you’re at a trade show and it’s slow…what else to do besides take selfies?!?
The Hubster got interviewed!! You can see it here.
Trade show booth life revolves around Starbucks trips!
Another day…another Hubster interview and more booth selfies.
Before I left, I popped into the RV hall of fame where I got to see 2 versions of the Model T RV. It was pretty cool and advanced for the early 1910s.
And I made a new friend. 🙂
On the way home from Indiana, I stopped to get the most amazing hot dogs on the planet.
Trust me…I’ve sampled a whole bunch.
These are amazing!
I brought some back for my friends too!
I had an event at Fogo de Chao and it was sooo good.
While I didn’t eat my weight in meat, I did have some delicious appetizers.
We’re going to have to go back there for some food again soon.

We had a black tie event and I was so fun to get all dressed up!
I got my dress like 2 years ago and have been waiting for the perfect event to wear it. And this was it!
We got invited to a fight night fundraiser and it was actually way more fun than we anticipated.
The event was held in a refurbished church and it was a little weird to be in a church to watch guys fight each other. But it was still fun.
We should probably document time 4 in the last 10 years that I’ve worn lipstick. hehehe
My most favorite date. He’s so handsome!
We also went to another parade and got to each some amazing pierogis and haluski while we watched it.
I’ll be honest – I was so busy eating and watching that I didn’t take any pictures of how delicious the food was.
Whoops!
Then we celebrated my brother-in-law’s mom’s birthday.
She had some pretty delicious creme brulee.
And I got to share an ice cream sundae with my favorite nephew. 🙂
And by share I mean I got a few scoops because little kids can inhale ice cream faster than regular people.
Yeah! I’m caught up on September!! 🙂
