It’s the last Wednesday of April and that means it’s time to link up with Mix & Match Mama, Sheaffer Told Me To, and The Larson Lingo to talk about What’s Up Wednesday!
[what we’re eating this week]
My mom brought us some pasta salad this weekend, so I’m pretty much just eating that on repeat. 🙂
[what i’m reminiscing about]
I danced a Charleston on stage in front of 500+ people.
I am still in complete shock that (a) I did it, (b) I pulled it off, and (c) I finished in 4th!!
[what i’m loving]
We had so much fun in Waco!
Seeing all the stuff from Fixer Upper was amazing and I loved every second of it.
[what we’ve been up to]
In case you haven’t watched the latest When Calls the Heart, I don’t want to ruin it for you.
But yeah. I watched it last Sunday.
I’m trying to emotionally move on.
[what i’m dreading]
We’re good! 🙂
[what i’m working on]
I started trying to become good at faux calligraphy.
It’s going okay so far!
[what i’m excited about]
Our May trip is going to be to Cleveland, so stay tuned for all the fun stuff we do there!
[what i’m watching/reading]
You know I love me some Dancing with the Stars. And I appreciate it sooo much more now that I did some dance practice for 6+ weeks!
My in-real-life book club is reading The Husband’s Secret this month, so stay tuned. I’m looking forward to it!
Also, check out the giant series of books that I read this month!
[what i’m listening to]
Have you heard this yet?
It’s super dark but I absolutely love it.
I was a fan of the Cranberries version and this one is so good. It’s really a sad song, but the singers voice is amazing.
[what i’m wearing]
Shirt: City Shirt | Express
Pants: Black Mid-Rise Jeggings | Express
Similar Shoes: Tory Burch Chelsea Logo Wedge | Nordstrom
I recently became a fan of the Express button down shirts and this one is no exception! I think I would size down in the City Shirt, though. This one feels a little bit big on me.
See what else I’ve had on this month here and here!
[what i’m doing this weekend]
My leadership group is hosting a brewery tour this weekend and I’m super pumped to try all the local microbrews!
[what i’m looking forward to next month]
hahaha 🙂
I’m not totally sure what is in store for us during May, but it’s going to be a good month! I can feel it!
[what else is new]
Life’s just good these days. 🙂
