We made it to Friday! 🙂

The Hubster and I are heading off on a late in the season camping trip. Fingers crossed that the weather isn’t too cold. (But that just means more hot chocolates!)

My aunt and uncle left us some eggs from their chickens and I got a twin!

What a fun surprise for breakfast one day this week.

We’ve had a couple of really nice nights where you can just sit outside and enjoy a fire. It’s not too hot or too cold – perfect temps!

If you look carefully at the bottom, I’m wearing a pair of Crocs because they’re just the easiest shoes to throw on when you’re running into the backyard.

Everyone makes fun of them, but they’re making a comeback.

MY PARENTS VISITED LAST WEEKEND AND IT WAS SO GOOD TO SEE THEM!!

Seriously – I haven’t seen them since mid-July and with having to tell them I was pregnant and then miscarried over the phone was not fun.

And to compound the crazy, they have taken this whole COVID thing beyond seriously and we just haven’t seen them in forever.

It was so nice to have them (a) leave their own house and (b) have them at mine!!

We took a drive to see the leaves and I don’t think I could have found a prettier road to drive on.

Fall colors are my jam.

A perk of working in a small office is that I can decorate for a co-worker’s birthday!

(He might have ripped the 40 balloons down when he saw it. hahah)
