Happy Friday! 🙂

It’s the best Friday ever because I’m off of work for a long holiday weekend! And I don’t have to return to work until Wednesday! WAHOO!!

We’re going to take the camper out for a trip this weekend so wish us luck! It’s the first time we’re going somewhere just the two of us and not a known place (like my parent’s front yard).

We went out to dinner on Saturday night and one of the appetizers was chips and queso.

Um, yes, please!

Clearly I will never be able to say no to chips and queso.

And I never want to!

Our farmer’s market had a grilled cheese vendor.

We had a breakfast grilled cheese that included a fried egg, tomato jam, and cheese.

Can we figure out how to get that every day?!?! I mean, I’ll have zero arteries, but I’ll be happy!

The Hubster bought beef bacon at the market.

I’ve only ever had pork bacon.

Beef bacon reminds me of brisket and it’s flavor is good, but different.

It also doesn’t really crisp up like pork bacon.

I recommend trying it.

I ordered myself a Mall Madness in February and totally forgot about it.

Well it came this week and I about died with excitement.

My sister-in-law and I used to play her original version but it stopped working a year ago and we were so disappointed. The Hubster tried to fix it but couldn’t get it to work.

We’re now trying to figure out when we can get together to play.

And make my niece play.

She’s 4 but she’s gotta learn sometime! 🙂

It’s still like 80 degrees here, but at some point, I think I’ll be wearing this sweater.

It screams apple picking to me!
