It’s the best day of the week! 🙂
It’s been another crazy week (aren’t they all!?!) and I can’t wait to have a weekend of relaxing.
[one]

Last weekend we got to spend some time with our friends, Justin and Ashley. We only live like 3 hours apart, so I have no idea why we don’t get together more often. Especially because they’re moving farther away in a few months and it’ll be a plane ride to see them. Not that we’re complaining about being somewhere warmer!
We went out to dinner at this awesome place – there was locally sourced food and artisans doing their thing all over the restaurant. So after we ate, we watched a lady throwing pottery and I bought a cute pair of handcrafted earrings. If we’re ever back in the area, we’re totally going to try it out again.
PS – the drink in the picture is called a bramble and it’s delightful! 🙂

Yes. I’m still watching this giraffe camera.
No.
I cannot help myself from watching it.

These Jessica Simson Cenya Dress Pumps are so cute and they keep popping up in my Amazon feed so I see them constantly.
I don’t know how much longer my self control can last!!

Speaking of self control, I really love this bag.
Really really love it.
I don’t need it.
But IÂ want it.
What do you think I’ll be procuring first…the shoes or this bag?!? hehehe

I was home sick a few days ago from this weird sinus thing. I could barely open my eyes I felt so sick.
But it was then that I realized I left a movie off my Favorite Things list – Titanic.
It was playing on repeat when I was laying on the couch resting, so it was the perfect movie to watch while sick. Â Note – this was the second time it had played.
The Hubster got home from work and then we had this conversation:
Scene – Jack just won a poker game to win tickets on Titanic
Hubster: Don’t do it man. Don’t get on that boat. It ends badly.
Me: Â What do you mean? He’s going to America!
Hubster: He dies in the end. If he had just stayed there…
Me: <hysterical> He dies?!? You just ruined the entire movie!
hahahaha
We did come up with some questions though. Like what happened to Fabrizio. We assume he was in the water too, but we’ll never really know.
How did the painting survive? Wasn’t it made of pencil or charcoal? Didn’t the water ruin it?
So many questions! hahaha
Have a great weekend!
That drink looks SO delicious! And Titanic… my husband loves that movie and it just makes me so so sad, haha.
